To change the password, it is necessary to confirm the identity of the applicant for security reasons. To confirm your identity, please enter the number of your identification card issued by the University of Ostrava (ISIC, student card or employee card).
BLOCKED ACCOUNT:
If your studies have been completed or interrupted, your account is automatically blocked. This account unblocking request serves for one-time access to OU systems - the account will be unblocked for one day, the system will automatically block it again in the evening.
